I like raspberry very much. I have some raspberry bushes in the backyard. Some are early and other late so I can eat them throughout all summer and begining of autumn. Yummmmy!

Here i give you my favorite raspberry iced tea recipes. I always use my own raspberry for it.

Raspberry iced tea ingredients (4 servings):
- 4-5 tea bags of black tea (or 4-5 tea spoons of loose black tea) assam would be perfect becouse of strong taste.
- 150-200ml raspberry juice
- 800ml of water
- fresh raspberries (about 5-8 for one cup)
- 10-15 ice cubes
- 2-5 tea spoons of cane sugar
- mint leaves

iced tea raspberry
Brew tea for 2-4 minutes in 800ml of boiling water. Remove the tea bags or grounds if you use loose tea. Mix cane sugar, raspberry juice (optional mint leaves), chill and add to tea brew. Put in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with fresh raspberries and ice cubes to keep it cool.
Bon appetite!
